Aleida Contreras

An engineering major at Michigan State University, Aleida is returning to the Dream Experience as a Dream Leader — students who exemplify leadership, vision, and a deep commitment to giving back. We’re proud to walk alongside her as she continues to break barriers and build her future.

Jay Glanton

Jay is a rising star at Florida A&M University, forging a path at the intersection of sports and media. He’s in the process of launching his own company, 905 Flava Sports, where he specializes in video production, content strategy, and sports photography to amplify untold stories in the game. Through the Dream Experience, Jay is ready to take his vision to the next level — gaining mentorship, industry access, and the tools to inspire the next generation of storytellers in sports media.

Ssanyu Lukoma

Ssanyu is a Broadcast Journalism major at Howard University with a passion for amplifying diverse voices and underrepresented stories. As the founder of Brown Kids Read, she’s distributed inclusive children’s books and trained teens as social-impact leaders, using storytelling as a tool for transformation. Through the Dream Experience, Ssanyu is ready to expand her platform and inspire the next generation to use their voices to drive meaningful change.

Buumba Munene

Buumba is a student at Rust College originally from Zambia, with a powerful vision to use technology as a force for social change across Africa and the world. Deeply passionate about innovation, justice, and equity, she’s committed to developing tech-driven solutions that uplift underserved communities. Through the Dream Experience, Buumba is ready to sharpen her leadership, expand her global network, and take the next bold step toward creating lasting impact.
